Eterna Plc Declares Closed Period Ahead of Q3 Financials

Eterna Plc has announced the commencement of a closed period for trading in its shares, effective October 1, 2025. This move aligns with the Rulebook of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and pertains to the company’s unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025.

During this closed period, no insider of the company or their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in Eterna’s securities until 24 hours after the release of the Q3 financials to the public via NGX’s Issuers’ Portal.
