Ecobank Nigeria has teamed up with Qatar Airways to recognize and reward standout exhibitors at the recently concluded “Oja Oge by Ecobank” fair held in Lagos.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the bank revealed that high-performing vendors received flight tickets and cash prizes as part of the event’s closing ceremony.

The three-day “Oja Oge” fair celebrated fashion, beauty, and lifestyle, highlighting the innovation and entrepreneurial drive of local brands. It served as a strategic platform for boosting visibility, sales, and business expansion.

The grand prize—a Qatar Airways business class ticket to any destination—was awarded to Goodness and Mercy Hair for achieving the highest sales value at the fair. Clandini secured the second spot and was rewarded with an economy class ticket to any global location. Accessories by Morgan received a N750,000 cash prize for recording the highest number of transactions during the event.

Omoboye Odu, Head of SME Banking at Ecobank Nigeria, applauded the participants for their creativity and product excellence during the award presentation. She also thanked Qatar Airways and other partners for their support of the second edition of Ecobank’s signature fashion pop-up event.

“This fair reflects our continuous efforts to support local entrepreneurs,” Odu stated. “It gave vendors a valuable chance to promote their products, engage with new customers, forge strategic connections, and tap into wider markets.”

Odu also emphasized the fair’s role in connecting emerging Nigerian brands with both local and international consumers, fostering wider market engagement and brand development.

Ecobank Nigeria is a subsidiary of the Ecobank Group, a pan-African banking institution with operations in 33 African countries and international offices in cities such as London, Paris, Beijing, and Dubai.
