Court Orders Scoa Nigeria to Consolidate Six Years of AGMs

Scoa Nigeria Plc has announced that it has obtained a court order permitting the company to convene a consolidated Annual General Meeting covering six years.

The order, granted on September 4, 2025, allows Scoa Nigeria to hold its 52nd, 53rd, 54th, 55th, 56th and 57th Annual General Meetings outside the stipulated timeframe.

The consolidated meeting will enable shareholders to consider the company’s audited financial statements for the years ended 2019 through 2024. Scoa Nigeria confirmed that the decision was made in line with the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020.

The company stated that details of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting will be communicated to the Nigerian Exchange Limited, shareholders, and the investing public in due course.
