Petrol Prices Average ₦1,061 in November 2025
Nigerians paid an average of ₦1,061 per litre for petrol in November 2025, a 12.6% decrease from the previous year but slightly higher than October 2025’s price. Regional disparities persisted, with Borno recording the highest average price at ₦1,133.86 per litre and Oyo the lowest at ₦997.39.
The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority reported that petrol supply increased to 71.5 million litres per day in November from 46 million litres in October, while consumption rose by 44.5% to 52.1 million litres per day. Domestic refineries contributed 17.1 million litres daily, highlighting both improved supply and demand dynamics in the fuel market.
