SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc Schedules December Board Meeting
SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on Friday, December 19, 2025, in Lagos. The meeting, which complies with post-listing regulations of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), will focus on key matters including the company’s 2026 budget.
The notice, signed by Company Secretary and Head of Legal, Taiwo Kuku, was issued to shareholders, NGX, and the investing public. SUNU Assurances emphasized its commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance in line with NGX requirements for quoted companies.
The company’s board is chaired by Mr. Kyari Abba Bukar, with Mr. Samuel Ogbodu serving as Managing Director/CEO. Other directors include Hajia Taizir Ajala, Hajia Aisha Abubakar, Mrs. Olajumoke Bakare, Mr. Roland Quedraogo, and Mr. Elie Ogounigni.
