Berger Paints Nigeria Plc Announces ₦0.40 Dividend for Q3

Berger Paints Nigeria Plc has declared an interim dividend of ₦0.40 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the period ended 30 September 2025, subject to applicable withholding tax and shareholder approval.

According to the company’s corporate action announcement, the dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on 11 November 2025. The register will be closed from 12 November 2025, and electronic payments will be made on 19 November 2025 to shareholders who have completed their e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to credit their bank accounts directly.

Shareholders who have not yet completed their e-dividend registration are advised to download the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from the Registrar’s website at meristemregistrars.com and submit it to the Registrar or their respective banks.

The company also urged shareholders with unclaimed dividend warrants or share certificates to complete the e-dividend process or contact the Registrar for assistance.
