Prestige Assurance Plc Board Approves Q3 2025 Financials

Prestige Assurance Plc has announced key resolutions following its Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at the company’s headquarters on Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

During the meeting, the Board reviewed and approved the company’s unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. The approved accounts are scheduled to be filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on or before October 30, 2025.

In line with regulatory compliance, the company confirmed that its Closed Period policy remains in effect. This restricts all insiders from trading in Prestige Assurance shares until 24 hours after the Q3 2025 financial statements are publicly released.
