Cadbury Nigeria Locks Insider Trades as Q3 Earnings Loom
Cadbury Nigeria Plc, a subsidiary of Mondelez International, has officially notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), shareholders, and the investing public of its upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for October 28, 2025. The meeting will focus on reviewing the company’s unaudited financial statements for Q3 2025, ending September 30.
In line with NGX’s amended Closed Period rules, Cadbury Nigeria has declared a closed trading window for insiders beginning October 1, 2025, which will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Q3 financials are publicly released. During this period, individuals with privileged access to sensitive financial information are prohibited from trading Cadbury shares to ensure compliance with insider trading regulations.
The company emphasized its commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance, referencing its internal C-14 Insider Trading policy as part of the enforcement framework.
