Stanbic IBTC Declares Mid-Year Dividend Amid Strong Performance
Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC has announced the declaration of an interim dividend of N2.50 per ordinary share for the half-year period ending June 30, 2025. The total dividend payout amounts to N39.75 billion and remains subject to applicable withholding tax and regulatory approval. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of the close of business on Monday, October 6, 2025, will be eligible to receive the dividend.
The company confirmed that no bonus shares will be issued for the reporting period. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Tuesday, October 7 to Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Dividend payments are scheduled to be made on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, and will be processed electronically for shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to credit their bank accounts directly.

Stanbic IBTC has encouraged shareholders who have not yet registered for e-dividends to download and submit the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form available on the website of First Registrars & Investor Services Limited. Additionally, shareholders with unclaimed dividend warrants or share certificates are advised to complete the registration process or contact the Registrar for assistance.
