VFD Group Plc has announced an Emergency Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for Monday, 22 September 2025.

The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 11:00 AM. A key agenda item is the consideration of a capital raise, among other matters. Following the meeting, further details will be communicated to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public.
