Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has officially notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public of recent share transactions involving one of its directors. The disclosure, dated September 18, 2025, outlines the purchase of company shares by Mr. Taiwo Adeniyi, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc.

According to the statement, Mr. Adeniyi acquired a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of Vitafoam Nigeria Plc at a unit price of ₦21.40 per share. The transaction was executed on September 15, 2025, through the facilities of the Nigerian Exchange Limited. The shares purchased are part of the company’s issued share capital and were acquired in compliance with regulatory requirements governing insider dealings.

The notification was signed by Mr. Joseph A. Akinlaja, the Company Secretary, and submitted in accordance with Rule 17.15 (Dealing by Directors) of the Rulebook of the Exchange, 2015 (Issuers’ Rules), as well as the Amendments to the Listing Rules. The company emphasized its commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance in all dealings involving its directors and senior management.
