Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc has disclosed new investments in its subsidiaries as part of its corporate actions for September 2025. In a statement signed by Company Secretary Rukevwe Falana, the firm confirmed that it has injected additional capital into three of its wholly owned subsidiaries: Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Limited, CHI Microinsurance Limited, and Hallmark Finance Company Limited.
