The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, along with the Directors’, Auditors’, and Audit Committee’s reports, were presented and approved by shareholders. A dividend of 4 kobo per ordinary share was declared, to be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of Friday, August 9, 2025.
The Board of Directors received authorization to fix the remuneration of the External Auditors. In addition, five individuals were elected to the Statutory Audit Committee: Alhaji Garba Ahmed, Alhaji Abdulwahab Egberongbe, Alhaji Ibrahim Usman, Mr. Abdulrazaq T. Oniyangi, and Mr. Abubakar M. Ahmed.
Shareholders also empowered the Board to raise capital through equity, debt, or a combination of both. This may be executed via public offerings, private placements, rights issues, or other methods, in tranches or series, subject to regulatory approvals.
