LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Unveils New Board Members

LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc has announced the appointment of its new directors, effective from March 21, 2025.

According to a statement submitted to the Nigerian Security Exchange (NSE) by the bank’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Olumide Adedeji, the new appointees bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the board.

Timothy Gbadeyan, previously the Company Secretary and Group Head of Legal and Corporate Strategy, has been named Executive Director in charge of Mortgage Services. He holds degrees in Law, Business Administration, and General Administration, alongside certifications in Project Management and Management Strategy.

Dr. Gbadebo Ayinde has also joined as an Executive Director. With a background in town planning and legislative experience as a former Member of the House of Representatives, Dr. Ayinde will lead the Public Sector Group of the bank.

Non-Executive Directors include Hon. Olusola Ogungbile, who is the Commissioner for Finance in Osun State and has significant banking experience; Adeola Olajide, a former Partner at PWC with an MBA from Warwick Business School; and Olanrewaju Afolabi, an economist with two decades of mortgage banking expertise.

Independent Non-Executive Directors include Adedoyin Amosun, a Chartered Accountant with 27 years of professional experience, and Dr. Kamaldeen Adekilekun, a legal scholar with over 20 years in the field. Michael Omolaja, formerly a General Manager at FirstBank with extensive experience in strategic studies, also joins the board.

Additionally, Dorcas Oluwaseun Ajayi has been named Acting Company Secretary and Head of Legal Services. With over 17 years of post-call experience, she has served in senior legal positions within the banking sector.

These appointments reflect the bank’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and ensuring continued growth and innovation in the mortgage banking sector.
